  Food is good but they attitude stinks so damn bad!! Worst experience ever will never spend money there again and will let others know not to go to that one but the one in park forest or Chicago heights.. I spend to much money there to get treated like crap .

  I got the sub of the day special which was delicious. Got the meal deal which includes a 6 inch sub ,soft drink and chips for 6.99. Today's special was the meatball sandwich which is one of my favorites. Food and speed of service was excellent. The staff after the SOUTH CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL location is very friendly

  Very poor service!!!!!! Poor hygiene observed among the staff, Most stuff are not available particularly during lunch-time. They wear the gloves to serve you yet, use the hands with the worn gloves to pick dirty stuff and items from everywhere while your food is in the toast. Worst still, I was served with no serviettes and when asked for some, they have to roll me some paper towels to use as substitute. Customer service is nothing to write home about as all workers appeared tired, over-worked and over-used all the time. I am imploring the City health authorities to carry out an emergency inspection. I don't trust this facility!!!!!!!
