  Anna was the real MVP! She helped me pick out a new favorite sauce to pair with my sandwich. Greeted me with a huge smile! Definitely felt welcomed! I enjoyed how she shared stories about the area and the different types of people that come in.

  I've been going to this subway for 4 years now. They have always gotten my order right and they're always are open. They deserve more credit than five stars.

  I think I found a secret Subway here where they actually nail it. It’s like a Subway from before whatever corporate blob of a firm crushed their franchisees into shrinkflating their sandwiches ON TOP OF the inflation we’re already all experiencing. Fresh ingredients, toasted bread, personable and attentive service. It had it all. I felt like a kid again. I put a 90s alternative rock playlist on and ate half that incredible sandwich on my way home. Oh yeah!! I still have the other half! Go to this Subway on Prairie Hill Rd!! You won’t regret it!

  the employees that work there in the early afternoon are the best, they almost always know what I want and how I like my sandwiches, they're very friendly and the restaurant is always in perfect condition, I go out of my way just to go to this subway

  I come to this Subway pretty often and they never miss. The place is always super clean, the staff is polite and welcoming, and they actually take their time making your food right. You can tell they care about customer service and keeping things fresh. Big shoutout to Atka and Priti — they’re always friendly, professional, and make the experience even better every time I come in. It’s hard to find consistency like this nowadays, but this location definitely delivers every time. Highly recommend if you want good food and a great experience.
