When I got home my grilled chicken, avo but had no avocado on it and the lettuce and tomato were not fresh. No more pickles either? Come on, these sandwiches are expensive. I love the soup, but the price is so outrageous at $8 that I just won't do it. If you notice, Panera doesn't respond to their reviews. They obviously don't care. I will give them another chance, but not at this location.

My dad can't walk far so I had to block the street to unload/load him. 4 cars parked right in front of door none were Handicapped spaces! This is a violation of A.D.A requiring this by Federal law. I mentioned it to the Manager and was told that they comply with all codes! Someone please educate Panera as to the A.D.A. requirements for all restaurants in Illinois.
