All I got was a coffee with caramel/cream/sugar, I pulled away and took a huge swig of my supposed to be caramel coffee and it tasted like straight hazelnut. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the woman at the drive thru was arguing with me that they discontinued hazelnut but it could have been French vanilla? She looks at the sticker, and emphasizes that it is caramel but I know what it is supposed to taste like. I will not be supporting this location, as the lack of customer service was incredible. Absolutely disgusting more like it. I’m not one to complain or to circle back but I treat myself to a coffee and expect it to be right.

I repeated the order by the window and she still gave me the wrong order. Asked her for a tray she gave me the tray and the three coffees separate. At this time I am frustrated and one of tje coffees fell insid3 the car...never again..

However some days they give me a $4 cup of ice and very minimal coffee. The one time I brought up my concern they said they added coffee, but the cup I received back tasted like watered down coffee with less ice. Today I received a cup full of ice again and didn’t have the heart to speak up out of fear of getting watered down coffee… again. Well I do hope this review allows management to promote consistency in the way they serve coffee. I would also like to add that the staff could be a bit kinder and friendlier. I am always the one saying have a great day and I never hear it back!
