- YRYo RomeroNov 1, 20251.0It was a terrible experience..I usually go to a different DD, however, I decided to try something else..I had to repeat my order several times before the lady could understand me and I received the wrong order. I repeated the order by the window and she still gave me the wrong order. Asked her for a tray she gave me the tray and the three coffees separate. At this time I am frustrated and one of tje coffees fell insid3 the car...never again..

However some days they give me a $4 cup of ice and very minimal coffee. The one time I brought up my concern they said they added coffee, but the cup I received back tasted like watered down coffee with less ice. Today I received a cup full of ice again and didn’t have the heart to speak up out of fear of getting watered down coffee… again. Well I do hope this review allows management to promote consistency in the way they serve coffee. I would also like to add that the staff could be a bit kinder and friendlier. I am always the one saying have a great day and I never hear it back!
