Everyone used to love ordering from here for lunch because of the wraps were a good deal but recently it seems like the meal portions have recently changed, and the amount of food offered no longer matches the price. We ordered the kefta wraps and chicken shawarma. The quality and flavor of the food were delicious, but charging an extra $4 for a very small portion of fries and a few light pickled veggies doesn’t feel cost-effective for customers.
I really love this place and want to keep supporting it, but it feels like they’re missing the mark on making this an affordable option for a weekday meal.

Food So amazing that we are writing this review while we are still here, finishing our meal…
Someone had told us to go to the pita inn grocery next door for the garlic sauce… since we were hungry we saw Zad next door and dropped in. we didn’t know what to order (everything looked good) so the manager (?) Omar did us a solid and put together an order based on our preferences
Shawarma and hummus
Muahammara
Steak shawarma, half shish tawook
Falafel tacos
Drinks: Arabian velvet & Pom beet
10/10, 100%, A+…. Flavor bombs, super nice people/service, quality foods, easy in and out
🔥🔥🔥
Basically Pita Inn with some pizzazz. Hummus, baba ganoush, beef shawarma, and sauces were identically satisfactory. Complimentary pita with the dips was softer and fresher. Muhummara, which is the only thing we got that isn't offered at Pita Inn, was a bit too sweet.
Paid nearly $200 to have food delivered to my house and they ended up missing 3 of my main entrees. I called them to try to figure out what happened and they said that they'd remake it for me. Then I got a call 2 minutes later saying they saw on the camera the driver grabbed the bag so he must have not given it. I called the driver and the driver said he gave all the bags. I did see on my own home camera that the driver delivered all the bags he was carrying. I called them again and they said they'll call Uber to refund me then a few minutes later called me back and told me to call Uber for a refund myself, which I did but Uber said they couldn't help me as it was marked as delivered and completed. I let the restaurant know and they said to try again in 20 minutes and they'll "take care of me" if Uber didn't. Uber gave me the same response. I called them again and they told me to give them a few minutes to call Uber one more time then I never heard back after that and when I called the manager was "busy." They delayed our family's dinner with false promises of taking care of the issue just to end up with no resolution and a good chunk of money lost.

I normally go to Pita Inn for lunch however, I saw this one and decided to stop in. Thank God I did. It's the original Pita Inn with a different name but the food is much tastier and higher quality than Pita Inn. The rice was delicious and had much more flavor that Pita In also. It was fluffier as well. The lunch special was only $3.00 more here but well worth it. They must have had 50 to go orders ready the go by the time I got there and they weren't even technically open yet. I would definitely recommend Zad over Pita Inn any day. I'll definitely be back as well but this time I will dine in instead of taking it to go.
