  At this point it’s kind of impressive how this location has not once gotten any of my orders correct. I know it’s incredibly rude of me to interrupt the employee vape session in the restaurant, but typically if I’m spending money somewhere, I’m expecting to get what I paid for. Not “almost correct” or “close enough.” The creative interpretations in some of these items like interpreting the “Carmel cold brew with cream” as “black coffee” is cute and all, but maybe channel that creativity somewhere that isn’t food service.

  So I wanted a frosty.. drove 20 mins, it was like 11pm, ordered a baconator combo with a frosty. The A.I. was funny, got to the window felt like I bothered the girl, but she was on the phone using her earbud, talking about a guy asking her for money, and what not, she jsut refunded my money, for the frosty i would of got anything else.. the burger was dry, and stale on the edges, and the fries you can tell they threw them back in the oil, because no salt. And they where dry crispy, still got them in my car, was souly disappointed, i use to work there like 13 years ago, it went down hill, Highlight, girl on the phone having her convo ignoring the customer, food was gross, honestly kinda want to avoid this store. Or maybe its just the night crew
