  I have had bad experience at this subway a few years ago and nothing has changed since. I thought I'd give them another chance but left hungry and disappointed. They where extremely stingy with the tuna, and didn't have spinach, which I thought is a common topping. I got more bread then anything else. I would advice to drive 4 min down the street to a normal subway. If you do end up going here make sure you ask for a receipt because they never give you one.

  Grumpy workers, Stingy with the vegetables. Not completely terrible, but there is no reason to go here.

  disappointed by the service, and the amount of ingredients they were using. Lack of customer service. i will never go to this place again.

  I decided to stop in to this particular subway after being in bumper to bumper traffic for an hour and a half on Skokie Highway, I first of all had to use the restroom. I found the door lock and Sat couple minutes waiting for the person to get out of the restroom so I could go. A worker there, an older woman, ask me what I was doing and I explained to her that I was waiting for someone to get out of the restroom. she then begin to laugh shaking her head and said that you need a key to the restroom as she walked away from me. I Explained to her as she walked away that this was the first time I've ever had to get a key to use a subway bathroom and she ignored me. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything from this Subway restaurant and I walk straight out of there. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money because of her rudeness and lack of empathy.
