So the person who is taking care of me goes “ this time we will give it to you next we won’t you have to come in “ as if it was such a hassle. So okay next time I accidentally did the same thing. Again, working doubles back to back. Tired. I pick up my order at the counter and get back to work. When I arrive my order is incomplete. My apples are missing in the oatmeal. My sauces I requested for my salads are missing. It’s the little things but it makes a difference and believe it or not peoples attitudes when you’re already having a long day yourself.

I ordered my regular iced coffee with real sugar and clearly asked for no sweet syrups due to a stomach sensitivity that causes me pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, when I got to work and took a sip, it was clear the drink had syrup in it—not what I requested. I immediately called the store and spoke with someone named Jessica. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none were available and that she could take a message. After explaining the situation, her response was, “Okay, what do you want us to do?” I simply asked that a manager be informed and call me back. Instead, she said “okay” and hung up without even asking for my name or number. Now I’m dealing with stomach issues for the rest of the day, along with frustration from the poor customer service. Very disappointing experience—both in terms of order accuracy and how the situation was handled
