- KBKimberly BakMay 9, 20133.0I decided to stop in to this particular subway after being in bumper to bumper traffic for an hour and a half on Skokie Highway, I first of all had to use the restroom. I found the door lock and Sat couple minutes waiting for the person to get out of the restroom so I could go. A worker there, an older woman, ask me what I was doing and I explained to her that I was waiting for someone to get out of the restroom. she then begin to laugh shaking her head and said that you need a key to the restroom as she walked away from me. I Explained to her as she walked away that this was the first time I've ever had to get a key to use a subway bathroom and she ignored me. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything from this Subway restaurant and I walk straight out of there. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money because of her rudeness and lack of empathy.
