    They're nasty. She rung someone up, went to my sandwich WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES. I called her on it, she put the bread back into the oven which means someone else is gonna get the dirty bread. She also put the cheese back in the container. She literally was ignorant to why I was so mad. How are you working food service but are bewildered to food safety? Calling the health department and Subway corp. and in case you're wondering, no I didn't buy anything. She probably doesn't even wash her own ssa right.

    Thank you for not being cheap on the portion (especially the chicken protein bowls) I'm making the extra effort to drive a little further to come to this location vs the one of Dempster and Harlem (which is 3 mins from my house). I have bought the bowls as an online order and in person and they fill it up all the way. It's filling. Definitely worth the drive. Thank you owners!

    I've ate at this subway for years because it's close to my house and had many issues with them....but they are the only location in the area that's close that does coupons on the app...some locations do not....today I ordered two subs...one was free because I earned enough points on the app...one I paid for....I told them in the special instructions on the app to add giardinera... giardinera is not an option on the app so I write it because I know the store itself has it...they didn't listen and put no giardinera...I wrote to extra toast both subs...they didn't do that...they didn't READ and when I complained on the phone all they could offer me was one cookie....you could of at least gave me credit for one sandwich after explaining that this wasn't the first time and normally I don't say anything but today I did and they just spoke like they didn't care and when I mentioned that I would be contacting subway they also didn't care ....your Google rating...which is horrendous...proves you SHOULD care... completely pathetic....these people don't know how to READ

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. To begin with, I walked into the restaurant and was not greeted. When I said hello, the two workers did not respond. Then, I asked for a foot long multigrain bread and the worker proceeds to grab a bread that has a quarter filled mold. When I asked him to give me a separate bread, he rolled his eyes and sighed loudly before getting me another bread. He barely filled up the sub despite being asked multiple times to. At the end, he purposely did not bag it correctly and as soon as I opened the subway, the entire sandwich fell open in my car. Worst staff I have ever seen and owner really needs to find reliable workers who don’t lack basic customer service skills.
