I have sip membership and I parked myself at this Skokie Panera for the most day when I work from home. I over hear some of the most genuine conversations from people who gather here to meet friends regularly. There tend to be a lot of senior and influential retirees there talking about important topics if you listen and watch people. It’s such a great “third” place for me and many. Thank you store managers for running such tight ship. Every employee there is always helpful and courteous and smiling. It makes it very easy to want to be surrounded yourself here when you just want to put your heads down and keep the coffee flowing…

He claimed to be the manager but looked so bored and lazy, and completely unwilling to be be helpful at all. I was very surprised by this as there has always been a very pleasant female manager there these past few years. The soups have been getting waterier lately and now the service is also going downhill.
