- KSKeegan .Soule6 days ago2.0Really disappointed in this visit. The cashier seems to be going out of his way to avoid customer service. The stir station is covered in sugar, the floors haven’t been swept and the trash is overflowing but the two other employees behind the bar seem content checking their phones and making the drinks.

They've been known to serve foods that should be cold that weren't cold, they dont clean the machine properly, coffee machine pots not cleaned, syrup pumps not cleaned and chocolate sauces for sure not cleaned as shown in the pic. That there is mold in the pic folks. Did anyone order up a side of penicillin with their white mocha? Cause I sure as he'll didn't. My advice, keep walking don't go in! There are a few other coffee places at the mall that are more deserving of your hard earned cash!
