- ERErin RodwickDec 11, 20251.0Hi, this Dunkin mistreats its employees, especially the manager whose name is Carmen, I think. I went in there multiple times because it's a good place to get food from; however, they are the worst. The employees are nice, but the manager is so rude; she kept trying to get me to hurry with my order one time, and she was being so rude that I literally left. She has also yelled at the employees in my face multiple times. There was this sweet hijabi lady who recently started working. I love the way she makes my coffee, but the manager is always yelling at her and telling her she doesn't know how to work, and cursing at her. I think this is outrageous. A manager should be helpful and not rude and mean to their own employees. If this is the type of manager you have, then you are the worst Dunkin' store ever. I will be telling corporate Dunkin about this, and I'm no longer coming here and telling everyone I know to stay away.

She seemed Hispanic on the older side with glasses very skinny. She took my order and made me feel rush just cutting me off, basically telling to hurry up and so I told her my order and on my way to the drive way window I forgot a coffee and asked her ,”can you please add one more coffee?” Right away with an attitude she stated no, You would have to go back in line! I told her , I’m not asking to give it to me for free or for you to make me a sandwich, I’m asking you to give me a simple coffee that basically is already made. She just stared at me in silence. So I told her you know what whatever cause no lie I was scare she was going to spit in it for making her give me another coffee.I was shocked. I had never confronted such horrible service anywhere, especially around this area!
