  It's the worst place I've ever been to. They discriminated against me for not speaking English. I tried to cancel my order, and they told me they wouldn't cancel it because they didn't feel like it. Only one person spoke Spanish, and she said she didn't care and turned her back on me while two of them yelled at me.

  This place charged me $ 8.74 for al large coffee. I came back and ask the manager for a price adjustment he gave this bad attitude. He didn’t even offer me an apology. And of course he never did the price adjustment he said he did on my credit card. I will never go back to this place!!

  I called in a large order way ahead of time - about 50 min - for some Munchkins and boxes of coffee and hot chocolate. When I got there, right at the time I said I would be there, nothing was ready except one box of munchkins. I had to wait for 15 minutes for them to make the boxes and I was late for the event I was bringing the food for. And what’s worse is I didn’t hear an apology and they made me pay full price for everything.

  I walked in wanting to order a $6 meal which is a medium coffee a bacon egg & cheese croissant and a hash brown. I had cash so I wanted to see if the kiosk would lemme order n pay up front and it didn’t, BUT I kept in mind the price and it was about $8.81 because I added 2 shots to my coffee and when I head to the register and she’s taking my order it comes out to almost $10 which I proceed to tell her that wasn’t the price on the machine. She proceeds to tell me that I’m wrong and that it is the price she’s saying because I’m getting 2 extra shots which I proceed to say I know, I added the shots on the machine too and it’s not the same price. Then two ladies are just staring me down now and she tells me forcefully ok then put it in the machine and I did and obviously it came to $8.81 which she the just walked away instead of looking with me and then the other lady that was giving me a nasty look came in. She gave me the same talk as if I didn’t know I added the shots on the screen and I had to re-tell my entire coffee because she deleted the entire thing….then I just asked her, so if I wanna pay cash instead of with my card it’s gonna be more? And she said yeah if you pay here it’s the price I’m telling you. So I ask for 1 shot instead since I’m obviously not getting anywhere with them and I refuse to pay $2.29 + .99 for 2 shots when they should be .99 each I seen what they were doing…so then the Second Lady rings my order in again and it’s like $7 and then I ask her for less ice and she tells me no(like literally just straight up no like ? Are we serious) but I ask again and I’m not sure if she did it she just mumbled but I the I say to her I’m like see it’s $7 now, can you just add one more shot to that and it’ll be $8 and not the almost $10 the other lady put in…and then she clicked for like 2 minutes as if they really don’t wanna give out shots., and then it came out to $8.81 as I expected. Then they proceed to give me an older cup of expresso shots sitting out and put it into a medium cup and lightly tap the milk and then fill it with liquid sugar…it was super dark and I didn’t even wanna make a bother anymore because everyone back there including the manager gave me faces….like you guys don’t take pride in making any food and should be ashamed of how lack of effort everybody is to make drinks. Never go here if you actually want a drink that isn’t basic and has minimal things because they will not listen to you, scam you, deny you and get your order wrong and unpropotionate
