  Server never stopped back for soda refill even after the meal was entirely gone. After asking for a to-go cup and the check, she continued to serve at least 20 people, delivering 10+ drinks from the bar. Meal arrived from a backline staff who couldn't locate catsup and didn't consider bringing salt. Portions were ridiculous but blame that on corporate. $20 for a half-pound of fries, a single soda and a miniature chicken wrap. Not gonna say who the server was, but the same name as a perfume.

  *edit the site doesn’t have a “reach out” anywhere on the page. lol. Why am I not surprised. Came in hoping to grab dinner before a movie across the street. Despite the restaurant being about half empty, we waited 10 minutes just to be seated. After finally sitting down, no one came to our table for another 10 minutes. We eventually moved to the bar to order, but after placing our order, another 20 minutes passed with no food or updates. Since we were about to miss our movie, we asked if we could get the food to go. We were told yes, but that we would need to box it ourselves — frustrating, but at that point we just wanted to leave. When we asked to pay, the bartender said she couldn’t even step away to grab our check. The restaurant was clearly severely understaffed. We ultimately decided to leave, but still wanted to do the right thing and pay for our two fountain drinks. Even that took another five minutes, and the total came to $8. Every staff member we interacted with was doing their best — this isn’t a reflection of their effort. The issue is management and staffing. On a Friday night, this location simply isn’t equipped to function as a sit-down restaurant anymore. At best, it seems suited only for to-go orders of the usual fried, sauced items
