The entrance was full of doordashers that were waiting for food just as long as we were there waiting for ours. The food was okay, a teammate of mine wanted lunch here so I stuck with it.

When we asked for one, we were told we had to go to the front and get it ourselves before being seated. I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times and have never had a “self-serve menu” moment, so that was new. What made it more confusing is that our section wasn’t busy at all — most tables already had their food, and only a couple were waiting to be helped — so it didn’t seem like a staffing or rush issue. Being told to fetch my own menu pretty much set the tone for the rest of the night, so we decided to leave. We mentioned the situation to someone at the front on the way out, and the reaction was basically indifference. No concern, no attempt to fix it. It is what it is, but this definitely wasn’t the experience I expect here. Hopefully this isn’t the new standard — because if I wanted to serve myself, I would’ve stayed home.

The waiter kept checking up on us, so she knew of our presence, by continuously checking on us saying she'll get to us but didn't start to take our order till 6:01PM. Due to this we were unable to get anything off the happy hour menu and couldn't make an exception even though it's off by a minute. We called the manager, Rich, has no proper customer service. Was extremely rude with us, even after explaining our situation. He has no etiquette.
