  My friends and I were so excited to finally have a Dunkin next to our workplace. I usually get coffee from here almost every morning. However, there is one employee who is consistently very rude and lacks basic courtesy. Today, I was in the drive-thru trying to order my coffee. I kept saying “hello” into the speaker, but there was no response. After a couple of minutes, this employee came out of the back door, talking on the phone, holding a paper that said “Only Inside.” He simply slammed the paper onto the speaker and went back inside. I was right there, and he could have easily told me that they weren’t taking drive-thru orders. His behavior was extremely rude, and because of this, I no longer feel comfortable coming to this Dunkin. If employees can’t treat customers with respect, then what is the point of working in customer service?

  Come here daily. Looks so clean and everything is delicious. Recently told by the manager in blue that donuts are made fresh daily sold me to come and grab a dozen. Will be back again for the usual.

  3 times Ive been here since I am a Dunkin fan. 3 times my coffee was wrong even after trying to clarify. Not a complicated order just a flavor and cream. The service is worse than the coffee, everyone in the place is either clueless on what to do and wondering around aimlessly. That is the fault of the manager not the employee. Then everyone has a bad attitude with the exception of one woman who seemed to be a shift lead. I won’t be back, but management needs to make changes to prevent corporate complaints.

  The girls working at Dunkin’ Donuts are extremely rude. I mean, the staff is so rude that when we asked them if they had the “kunafa cake in a box,” she replied, “What did you say?” Then we tried to explain that it’s the one with the label on it, but she said she didn’t know about it. That’s how disrespectful and unhelpful she was. Once, we also ordered a cinnamon roll online, and she told us it wasn’t available. Then we asked her to give us a Boston one instead, and she gave us only one, even though we were supposed to get two. The staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts branch is so rude that we’ve completely stopped going there, even though it’s very close to our home.

  Worst drive through customer service ever! I go there because I like the drinks, not for the service. But today was the absolute end. I've never gone through the drive-thru without being yelled at and hustled as if there's some sort of life threatening disaster waiting to happen if I don't blurt out my order within the first 5 seconds. Today at 12:00 in the afternoon was the end. I pull up there's maybe one other person in the drive-thru. As usual they're barking out their request to order in the most unwelcoming way. They yelled at me because they ordered something that they did carry flavor-wise. And acted very almost irritated when they said is that all!! After each item I ordered. I can't convey how irritated and unwelcoming she sounded. When I pull up to the window. There is never a high how are you, thanks for coming, nothing. It's always wordless. Today, not only was it wordless, when I told her my order was wrong, she literally waved bye-bye with her hand at me. (The patronizing cutesy way, at that!-not even a basic wave.) That was it. I'm assuming she didn't even hear me when I said my order was wrong. So this was just her classic way of saying hi, hello, thanks for coming and have a good day. I didn't bother to tell her that the order was wrong after that! I just drove off. I will never go to this Duncan again. And I go out for my coffee every freaking morning. I hate this place in particular. And I don't use the word hate lightly. I am in a much worse mood every time I get my coffee then before I get my coffee. And that's saying a lot because I need my coffee lol. Do better Duncan! Hire people that are polite welcoming and have a better attitude! PS- another time same location I ordered an iced tea. Two pumps of liquid cane sugar, iced tea. That was it! Nothing else.. they made me pull up and park in a space!! Again because they had to rush people out I guess making an iced tea which is literally putting ice and tea in a glass with a lid was going to take too much time. I wish I was making this up.
