  Hello, I recently visited your store and ordered an egg and cheese croissant along with a latte. During my visit, I noticed that the employee handling food appeared to be using the same gloves and paper that had already been used. I politely requested that the employee change their gloves and paper for hygiene reasons, but my request was not followed. This was concerning, especially when it comes to food safety and customer trust. I kindly ask that you ensure your staff are properly trained in hygiene standards and take customer concerns seriously. Maintaining cleanliness is essential when running a food business. I hope you will address this issue and improve the overall customer experience. Thank you.

  I’ve only been to this Dunkin’ twice, both times between 6:30–7:00 AM, and unfortunately both experiences were frustrating. Each time, my order was incorrect, I ended up with a completely different drink than what I ordered. They also seem to have trouble understanding what I’m ordering in the first place, even though I’m sticking to standard menu items with no customizations. On top of that, they’ve been out of items during these early hours. Disappointing experience overall.

  This has been the worst experience every time I visit this location. Whenever I order iced coffee, they give me cold brew instead—which I don’t even drink. Paying $4 for a coffee and getting something I didn’t ask for is really frustrating. It feels careless, and it keeps happening. I won’t be coming back to this location unless they seriously improve their accuracy and service. Very disappointing.

  This Dunkin Donuts has everything! Duel drive-thru, Cakery, spacious indoor seating and the staff to back up this amazing place. The manager Sam is on top of customer service. There was a specific donut that I wanted that they didn't carry. He told me that the next week he will carry it. He is a man of his word. One of the very few Dunkin' Donuts that carries the donut stick. There was another employee named Louise. She was on her way to clock out and she saw me standing at the register. Instead of clocking out and leaving she took my order, filled it, then she clocked out and left. Top notch customer service!
