  The cashier who I’m pretty sure is also the manager (very likely as refund question was being thrown out constantly by her) was extremely rude and combative. Before work, I decided to get myself and my relative some food. I ordered a kids meal with a burrito bowl. The worker, who I think is new, who was doing the sides in the kids meal asked me for my options. I gave him 2 as I remembered it’s only two in the kids, but he asked me for a third side. He didn’t say “Do you want a third side?”, he just pointed to it and said something akin to “and?”, like it needed to be filled. That was clear insinuation that the third side wouldn’t be charged, so I asked for rice. After that I got rang up by a cashier (manager), she seemed suspicious of me and checked every aspect of my meal to evaluate the charge. She saw I have three sides and said rudely that it’s only two in the kids, there was a small confrontation before I said scoop out the extra rice or don’t charge me extra. She agreed to let it go, however weirdly rang me up for an upcharged version of the meal (kids guac quesadilla meal) then reduced the price to the base meal. I went back to clarify everything and was only met with more hostility. Finally I got the price of a base kids, and instead of further escalating I went away as I realized my error (which is still mostly contributed to her). embarrassing

  I went today to pick up a mobile order, when I went the order was not even ready yet even though it said it was. When he gave me the bag it was so light and I thought there was one bowl in it, I asked for vinaigrette and a tortilla on the side but the person there completely ignored me but I was sure he could hear me because I was right in front of him. When I opened the bowl I noticed half of it was gone because of how little they put but there were 2 bowls so I was shocked that it was so light. NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN

  I have been here so many times and have given this place so many chances. Awful is the best way to describe it. Last time I was here I had asked for guac and the person working the line not only gave me almost nothing in terms of the amount of guac that we pay 2.75 for, but it slide off and was hanging on the edge of my bowl. He shrugged it off and sent it down. I tried to figure out how I was going to put the guac back on top instead of it spilling off from the sides as I ate and when I went up to ask if I could just get the guac put on top I was met with complaints and criticism and a lesson about how I can still eat it even though the guac was practically out of my bowl. Another time I wanted a little extra cheese and with first scoop it was barely half a handful so I asked for extra and the worker used his index, middle finger and thumb to pick up the extra 3 strands of cheese I wanted. This place is garbage don’t even waste your time. You’re better off driving east down touhy for 3-5 for minutes for that chipotle which has miles better service and portions. I will not be coming back here. Horrible service.

  This is the most amazing chipotle in all of the world. They always take great care of me and always have the best limes. I love this Chipotle more than you could ever possibly imagine 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone I know.!!! Thank you so much from lime guy!!!!
