  I come here all the time & have been a regular for a long time. I come mainly friday evenings. Whenever I want the television changed they always do it without hesitation. The food is always given in a timely manner & beers are Ice COLD thnx Veronica!! Not only is the manager Rich very nice but he shares most of the same interest as me & is a good human. Shout-out to all the staff here because I'm always treated properly. I've never had a problem & I decided to write a review just because I love this place & it's good for killing downtime, waiting on a movie or just getting a bite to eat. 10/10 all around.

  I came into Buffalo Wild Wings today and honestly had a pretty frustrating experience. We were told the wait would be about 5–10 minutes, which is totally fine, but it ended up being closer to 20–25 minutes—and the place really didn’t look that busy. Stuff happens, so I didn’t think too much of it at first. A nice employee offered us a booth by the bar, but we had a toddler and a car seat, so that just wasn’t going to work. Once we finally got seated, it took about 10 minutes before our waitress came over. We were ready to order right away since we come here often and always get the same thing. After ordering, it took another 15 minutes just to get water, then another 10 for our drinks. At that point it was starting to feel off, especially since the restaurant still wasn’t busy—it just seemed really unorganized or short staffed. When the food finally came out, it was actually good, so credit to the kitchen. But we didn’t get any utensils, napkins, or even the usual serving trays. I had to ask someone else for utensils, and they brought back the plastic takeout kits… while we’re dining in. We ordered our boneless wings well done too, so trying to eat that with plastic utensils was honestly a struggle—and just not something you expect when eating inside. What made it worse was seeing the table behind us getting checked on multiple times and taken care of way better. Overall, the food was solid, but the service completely killed the experience. It just felt like we were overlooked the whole time. Definitely left a bad impression, and I don’t see myself coming back after this.

  The waitress in the bar area of ​​this restaurant behaved very rudely and unpleasantly. She didn't even wipe down the table when asked, but did so with a dirty, dry rag. This is the first time this has happened; before, there were normal people working here. We always relax here. Today, the quality of the staff is very poor!!! I moved to a normal area.
