  All of the associates were nice except the blonde lady at service desk . She’s not friendly and honestly she’s kind of rude . I saw her name tag - Michele . Im very disappointed .

  If you’re a Scotch lover, the Skokie Binny’s is basically a pilgrimage site. Their collection of premium single malts and rare blends is honestly staggering—I’ve found bottles here that I couldn't find anywhere else in the suburbs. Whether you’re looking for a classic Islay peated malt or a high-end limited release Speyside, they likely have it in stock. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and can help you navigate the aisles without feeling overwhelmed. Five stars for the selection alone!

  I believe Binny’s Beverage Depot - Skokie is one of the best liquor stores in America, and I usually enjoy shopping at Binny’s. However, my experience today was very disappointing. I visited the store on March 9 around 3:30 PM and asked an older blonde employee at the customer service desk if there were any allocated bourbons available that day. She was not friendly and didn’t even check or try to help. She simply told me they didn’t have any and said that if they did, it would be on the barrel. While I was walking around the store, another customer asked the same question and an employee brought out a Penelope ALW 18 Year bottle for him. That felt frustrating because I had just asked the same question and was told there was nothing available. Later that evening, after I got home, I realized I had lost one of my AirPods somewhere near the store. I located it using the Find My iPhone app and drove about 30 minutes back to the store around 8:30 PM to check for it. I encountered the same employee again and asked if anyone had seen an AirPod. She didn’t check or ask anyone for help. Using the Find My app, I discovered my AirPod was actually right next to the computer near where she was standing. Even then, she didn’t assist and questioned me by asking, “Is that your AirPod?” in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. I still think Binny’s is a great store overall, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of customer service and willingness to help.
