  If you have been to the Shorewood Taco Bell in the past, you probably haven't gone back. My family and I have had an extremely challenging year. We had a gift card and we were exhausted. So, we stopped. We are not fans of the kiosks, and asked if we could order at the register. A young man ( Jaqwan ) immediately stepped over with a smile and let us know he would be happy to help. He gave us honestly the absolute best service we have ever had in a fast food establishment. Seriously. I was also impressed with how clean it was compared to our last visit. I met the new GM. She told me they're under new management. They have a great team. Jaqwan deserves a raise and a promotion. We will be spreading the good word to come back to Shorewood Taco Bell.

  Note:!!! I called them! Jakuan made it right! He gave me a replacement! Ty! Jakuan!!!!! I saw extremely low ratings at the Taco Bell! I was right in the area, so I thought I would try it! I ordered a pinto, and cheese with extra red sauce! The girl at the window was very polite young girl blonde tattoos! Very nice. Then, I take my food out of the bag! Actually about 3 tbsp of beans in the container! In all my years of going to Taco Bell! I have never got this little bit of food! Absolutely ridiculous almost $4 for 3 tbsp of beans!!!!! Why are they not taught! how to measure things! And serve them! I don't know why this location can't get their act together! because they have very bad ratings! It seems like, they would show them how to measure portions! If I had spent! 30 or 40 bucks on food, like my husband and I, usually do! I would be very pissed at this location! If they're going to rashon, your food to death! I wouldn't even waste my money! Ridiculous!!!!!

  Their drink machine is broken??? Like how can you charge for a drink and not have any or take the price away???thats gotta be illegal

  We pulled up to the drive through, we weren’t greeted. So we pulled up to the window. We told them we had a mobile order and they started yelling at us saying we had to pull around with a nasty attitude. we heard yelling from the back as well, made us very uncomfortable. The White girl in this establishment is so rude I believe she’s the manager. Absolutely disgusting attitude and unprofessional.
