  From the minute I came into the store, the manager, Michelle left such a positive impression on me, that she is the SOLE reason I frequent this store. I stopped by on the way home after Christmas to get some pizza for the kids, and after a brief chat while paying, she asked about my family. She then gave me some presents to give to my wife and kids – me, a total stranger just stopping by. It didn’t take long to notice – she values each and every customer like that. She greets everyone with a joyful spirit, regardless of age, gender, or race. She is the type of person who lights up the day of each and every person who walks through those doors. Aside from that, the store is always clean, the rest of her staff are just as pleasant, and I’m grateful to say, she’s made loyal customers out of myself and my family, just by being herself.   Great food and quick service. Too many Uber eats or door dash drivers who think they get priority and try cutting in line. Who uses those apps when Pizza Hut has their own delivery drivers?! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly.

  This lobby area is dirty, the welcome mat looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months, the floor is dirty and while sitting waiting hot my pizza, I looked down at the refrigerator and I saw so much dirt, hasn’t been cleaned in years! I can image what the rest of the place looks like… Dirty Pizza Hut

  You may or may not receive your delivery if there are no Pizza Hut drivers available. Orders are fulfilled through a third party delivery service that is untraceable. I have been waiting for over an hour with no notification, and the website status is inaccurate due to the third-party handoff. When I called the store, I was told the order is out of their control once the third party picks it up. They do offer “store credit”.

  the customer service really needs improvement. The woman who hands out the pizzas consistently has an attitude and makes interactions uncomfortable
