- MBMatthew Barlow1 day ago1.0Yes I realize it was Bears Saturday. I expected the order to be a little late. I placed the order at 4:07pm for a 6:15pm pickup. I left an almost 6$ tip on the order. I arrived to the expected zoo at 6:10, and was told 15-20 minutes. Fine. At 7:05 I was still standing by the front desk waiting. The individual behind the desk had since stopped lying to people by saying 15-20 minutes, and had resorted to a simple "I don't know." At 7:10 I walked out with my 42$ order. We ate the food. It was what i expected from wingstop. But I want my tip back. Ya know, the 15% tip i left 3 hours earlier for my 6:15 pickup, before I knew my service was going to be poor.
