- OHOtter HunterNov 8, 20251.011/07/2025 evening around 10:30pm drive through order, Dave's double. Asked for no onion, no Mayo, no cheese. When inspecting the burger at home the burger had no cheese and no onion. It seemed as if no mayo. The tomato had a small smear of mayo on the side. I removed the tomato thinking ot wasnt touching the rest of the burger. However after eating the food about half an hour or so I started getting a reaction from an allergy. After taking a benadryl I found the phone number to the restaurant, wanting to inform them of the situation and the phone rang twice and the line connected then disconnected. Tried a second call and the same thing. I would like it to be known I do enjoy Wendy's, as it is one of the very few fast food places I can eat due to my allergies. Tonight's issue was probably a limited occurrence, I just want it addressed that if you accidently put a condiment on something that some one asked not to be on it, do not just scrape it off and call it a day, please take the time to remake the food so it meets the standards and quality of the establishment.

Came in with my toddler and they took time to make sure our food was good that we had a good experience. As a mom I'm always so self conscious about if my kid is being too much and they made me feel so comfortable. Such a blessing and so thankful for them!!

I get home with my sandwich to find the sausage patty was burnt and dry, and they forgot to put the egg on my sandwich. I wasn’t about to go back for a replacement as I had errands to run, but this was highly disappointing.
