  We always use coupons and they have always been accepted. The bread, meat, cheese, and toppings always fresh. The staff is always courteous and consistent in assembling subs. They must be well trained, and I credit that to the manager/owner

  As the review below states, if you use a coupon for your order that old geezer that works there will purposely make it wrong. It's not your customers fault the app and website allows coupons. Just retire already.

  I love Subway, but I hate this location. I’ve been to this location a few times, and the older man working (who I believe is actually the owner or manager) is very cantankerous and stingy. He HATES accepting coupons, but today I ordered on the app for pickup, so the coupon automatically accepted. He intentionally made my order incorrect, and when i asked him kindly to correct it please- he directly told me that he did that because I used a coupon, and that if I “could read,” I would know they do not accept coupons. I was flabbergasted at the way that man spoke to me. Perhaps if he is that serious about not accepting coupons, he should adjust their app to not accept them in the first place. With that being said- use coupon code SIXINCHSUB for a 3.99 sandwich :)

  I was there today with my three children to get the special they had 6 inch sub sandwich for free. I heard about the deal on the news. So my children and I went to get the free sandwiches and the cashier there said that you can only get one sandwich per family. I was wondering how could you eat a 6-in sub sandwich when you have children 13, 12 and 10 years old. And on the news it did not say one sandwich per family when. At the subway in Shorewood Illinois. It was a Caucasian man and his two little daughters had order the 6-in deal for free I was standing there I did not see him give the cashier any money. I am an African-American she told me that I have to get one sandwich for the family of four I fell I was discriminated against. I will not go to that Subway again and if you are African-American please think twice before you go to the subway in Shorewood Illinois I noticed the difference between that Subway and the other Subway down the street the one is Shorewood Illinois the people in there is prejudice the one down the street on essington road in Joliet they are not prejudice. They need to hire people that's not prejudice that thinks about the customer need instead of the customer skin color.
