  Horrible, Horrible, horrible!! Ordered carry out because this location does not deliver to my home, followed their tracking app and arrived just after it told me the pizza was ready. Location was crowded as there was a Bears game about to start was told it would be ready momentarily. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting and the woman behind the counter was very rude. Said she would take care of the customers before the delivery drivers, which was quite the opposite. She kept sending the drivers for doordash and such out the door before the customers, stocking boxes changing printer paper, etc , not paying attention to anyone on our side of the counter. You could tell we were all getting frustrated. Someone asked me if I was upset that I was waiting and I said yes, that I've been waiting over a 1/2 an hour for a pizza that their app told me was ready and the woman behind the counter went off on me! Told me that they were working as hard as they could, as fast as they can and they could refuse service to me, that I could leave, they didn't need my business that she wasn't gonna stand there and have me berate her employees, which I did nothing of the sort. I asked her why their app told me my pizza was ready when clearly after a 1/2 an hour, it wasn't. She had no answer for that. She asked me my name, I told her, she asked the employee in charge of the oven where ticket 103 was, and he said he was on ticket 120!! Thus, my order went out the door with a delivery driver!! WHAT???? She offered no apology whatsoever!!! She gave me 2 COLD pizzas, an order of breadsticks that were unbuttered and a brownie and told me to be on my way. I told her it wasn't what I ordered, she said, this is what I'm giving you, would I like any soda? You have got to be kidding me?!?! This location obviously couldn't handle the volume of business they were getting tonight. I was being verbally abused by who I would assume was a person in charge of this location at this particular time for something that wasn't my fault. I arrived when they're app told me my pizza was ready and after being there for a 1/2 hour simply questioned why I hadn't received my pizza yet was verbally attacked. Corporate will be getting an email. Never again.

  The pizzas are made how you want them. The Vegan pizzas we get are made well and very tasty. The staff is great, evan though the customers can be rude.

  This location is phenomenal. They were even open on Christmas. Come on in and get you eat on.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Yazmin, the manager at Papa John’s, for truly exceptional customer service. There was an issue with an incorrect order, and Yazmin went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation—not just quickly, but the right way. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work and treat customers with that level of respect and care. Because of Yazmin, I’ll absolutely continue ordering from this location. Thank you, Yazmin, for setting the bar so high! 👏🍕

  The service was not the best. The people at the front are not friendly, and they have the worst attitude. It could definitely be improved, but other than that the pizza is good. HOWEVER, I ordered online and checked that my order was placed correctly. I double checked and it looked fine, but they still managed to get my order wrong for both of the pizza's I had gotten- I don't know if their mood that day was NOT the best but that shouldn't have impacted my order. Overall, I get pizza here once in a while and don't have an issue with ordering from here. Please improve on treating your customers fairly and nicely... and the lady on the front needs to pipe it down one notch.
