Extra ham with additional charge? NOPE. Not to mention 90% of the time the sandwhich is not cut in half. They are consistently getting the order wrong, even when ordering in person. It is a running joke between me and my husband now. He stopped ordering his sandwhich with ham because they literally never added it. We wont be ordering from here anymore.

Then got the cocky little manager popping out from the back trying to flex how he'd been working for JJ for 13 years like I'm supposed to be impressed or something. Won't be returning and owners can thank the Temu Patty Mayo for his shitty smug attitude.

When I called the store I was told it would take them about 30 minutes to make the correct sandwich but I had to come pick it up, they couldn't deliver it.
