Of the Jewel stores I've shopped, the deli personal are less helpful. That said, that has to be the most difficult job in the store. I prefer not to get my deli purchases there. When I call corporate I cannot get passed the Virtual Assistant. This is the worst customer service ever!Placed a drive up and go order. I drove about 10 miles to pick up the order. I had ordered 4 items. When I arrived they brought out 1 item and it wasn't what I had ordered. The person went in to get the correct items and then came back and said they didn't have it. I had been charged for the full order. I left and called the store and spoke to Laura who was just completely rude from the minute she answered the phone. Never again will I go to Jewel!
