She’s probably in her 20’s - fair skinned, dark hair with maybe a reddish tint, and wears glasses. I normally go during the week around 9am and Sunday mornings. She is so friendly and when she isn’t working the window I see her making drinks, the drinks made by her are always the best. Other than this employee (who I wish I knew the name of to give her direct credit) this location is a typical DD.

But today the man inside had an attitude and said “we can’t do that”….like you’ve done it many times before and he had an attitude so I left and went to drive thru and asked to lady and guess what? She said “yes we can’t do it for a $0.30 up charge”. I work as a barista too so we are trained to not give attitude to customers. If you are upset about something don’t give me the customer an attitude. Don’t come to work with that energy and act like that!
