I called the store to inform them of the lava cakes not arriving and they told me I could come pick them up from the store but they would not deliver them to me “because they probably did get delivered and they couldn’t prove that I never actually received them”. This is the second or third time that foods been forgotten on a delivery order from this Dominos, but this is the first time the employee accused me of basically stealing it and attempting to get more.

The person on the phone stated that it's in the prep line and it is going to be 2 hours before delivery when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she is busy The phone kept cutting in and out not her fault hung and called back. The next person said you cannot count on the app time because they are busy. The app says the store will call with update and if the time is going to be more should receive a call. $65 for 4 pizzas is not worth 3 hour delivery.
