    The last 4 times I ordered delivery from this store each time I didn't receive my food until 1:30 to 2 hour after my order. 2 of the times I received under cooked food, and the last one they canceled my order. After each order I kept telling myself "no way it can be this bad again, right?" but it never changed. Save your money and go to a different Domino's chain

    News years day and they have only one employee doing all the work. This poor guy has to attend to customers, answer calls and prepare the food. Apparently the GM knows and didn’t bother to send him any help. Being from this industry I can tell you how badily reflects on Dominos image. Horrible management but this employee that’s working was there with a positive attitude so much respect to him!

    I don’t know if it’s the app or this location but EVERY time I order from this place I get a notification my food will be delivered in a certain time, but it never is delivered. I placed an order at 6pm and it said 90 minutes. It’s currently 8:08 and when I called the store they said it will be another hour. I can’t cancel the order in the app and it won’t show me the eta in the app. Love your pizzas but this service is becoming unacceptable.

    We ordered a pizza and lava cake for delivery. The pizza arrived but no lava cakes. I called the store to inform them of the lava cakes not arriving and they told me I could come pick them up from the store but they would not deliver them to me “because they probably did get delivered and they couldn’t prove that I never actually received them”. This is the second or third time that foods been forgotten on a delivery order from this Dominos, but this is the first time the employee accused me of basically stealing it and attempting to get more.

    Places my order for 4 large pizzas (1 cheese, 1 sausage and 2 pepperoni) at 6:19 for delivery in 33-43 mins. Called at 7:20 for an update as the tracking app says was being prepped and my delivery time says now. The person on the phone stated that it's in the prep line and it is going to be 2 hours before delivery when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she is busy The phone kept cutting in and out not her fault hung and called back. The next person said you cannot count on the app time because they are busy. The app says the store will call with update and if the time is going to be more should receive a call. $65 for 4 pizzas is not worth 3 hour delivery.
