  Not worth the money. I waited a little over 5min for the staff to come out the backroom. My bone in wing was hard and dry, tasted like old chicken that sat all day. She didn't put utensils nor napkins in the bag. A waste of 24 bucks.

  Terrible service and utensils super dirty dirt fell into the wad of napkins as well as smeared all over utensils. We asked for a new set still terrible I ate with my fingers for a $100 . I’ve never waited in such a long line to be seated with other while employees where eating in a booth . No sense of urgency here also why can’t I pay at register instead I stood next to my booth to pay while my family was in a car . We will not being going back food was super mid best part was drinks and curds lemon pepper wings drenched my son said he couldn’t eat them because of the sodium . Husband’s garlic spicy terrible spicy dippers terrible . These days you really have to be careful where you go . Instead laying this all out on a review I looked for another way to communicate this there was none . Cleanliness is the most important I mean don’t you have a dish washer if you don’t want to wash properly just offer plastic only .

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this place. From the moment I sat down, nothing felt right. The food came out completely cold, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism from the staff. I had to keep asking for the most basic things a fork, a straw, and even simple water refills. It felt like I was bothering them just for expecting normal service. While customers were waiting and clearly needed help, most of the workers were sitting around talking to their friends who walked in, acting like they weren’t on the clock. There was no sense of urgency, no attention to detail, and no effort to make the experience better. The overall vibe was careless and unorganized especially with the blond girl Lexi being our server it was not professional at all This was easily one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least warm food and staff who care about their job. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I will be taking this to HR

  Food always looks and tastes like its been sitting on the shelf for an hour before it comes to your table. The size of their wings now are laughable. Yes they have good deals but its hardly worth it when you get toddler sized portions. Gross.

  What a terrible experience. Spent $150 on food for my family. We did the order online and picked up inside. Asked the worker if everything was in there n she said yes. Asked a second time if everything was in there and the Mac n cheese. She again said yes it was all there. Get home and unpacked everything. Everyone waiting to eat...no Mac n cheese!!! Called n they said they'd have it ready when I got there. Get there 15 minutes later..no one at counter and other people waiting to pickup!! Finally someone comes out and I tell her what I'm there for she hands me a bag that had been sitting there. Has one Mac n cheese in it not the 2 ordered. She tells me the other one was in the bag. No! Everyone enjoyed the wings but chicken dippers were over cooked. Doubt we'll be back.
