  We went thru the drive thru and we had to pull around and wait for them to bring us the food. People were going in to the front counter and coming out faster than the drive thru. This is the reason why I have started going in and stay away from the drive thru. Not a fan.

  I don't know if all RVs are like this location in Shiloh, Illinois. But they should be. Stores always clean inside and out. The workers are always happy and respectful. Your order is done right. The managers are on top of things. Compared to other fast food, restaurants, service and food quality, this restaurant is five stars!

  I love arbys food it's one of my favorites. Leaving this review because my grandson made a mess that I was going to clean up so asked for a rag. I shit u not they brought me a rag the size of a diaper wipe and looked like it had been used for the same purpose as said diaper wipe. Didn't want to eat inside if that's what they clean their tables with. It was disgusting

  Got a #1 meal in the drive through and the sandwich was good but the fries were half soggy and the other half that looked crispy were cold and flaky in the middle 🤮 and the sweet tea tasted what I imagine a dirty foot to taste like. I dumped it out and got some from home and had to air fry the fries. Probably won’t be back to this location 😒
