- BNButch NicholsJan 24, 20262.0Placed internet order and said it would be done in 17 minutes. We waited 25 minutes and went to get it. Pulled in drive thru and was told some orders went ahead of ours and it would be about 15 minutes. Someone was behind us so we said we would pull around and let them order and come back thru later. Waited about 10 minutes and no one was in drive thru line so we pulled up and the lady asked name and we told her and she looked and said it will be about 10 minutes. We told her that 15 minutes ago we were told ready in 15 minutes then. She said they were behind so it would be 10 Minutes. We once again pulled around and there was 2 cars ahead of us in line. The first one was given there pizza and left. The second one then pulled up to the window and just sat there. We waited about 10 more minutes and he just sat there. I then got out and went in and asked if our pizza was ready. She went back and came up with it, and I asked why the car was sitting at the window blocking the line. She said he was waiting on his oder. So no one else could get their order while he just sat there like they told him to do. I think they were putting delivery orders when they came in ahead of all other orders and messing up the whole process ! Very poor management and customer service!!!
