For the past two months every time I’ve gone on this drive-through I’ve never received napkins and I’ve had to deal with horrible messes in my car, trying to feed my kids. I called up there to let the manager know about the situation, all she did was say sorry and I asked her if she could inform her employees about the situation. McDonald’s food is already subpar. The atmosphere was terrible. Everyone was frowning and hated their lives as every McDonald employee does, so if I could just at least receive napkins with my meals that are half ass made with terrible moods, that would be great thank you.
