  Went to this Domino’s around 6:12pm today. Waited next to cashier for a couple of minutes. It literally seemed like the two people working was trying to ignore me. So I asked in a loud voice is this Cashier open? No response, a Third employee came from the back I took that opportunity and asked again. I was able to make my Order with that person. She told me it would be a 15 min wait, so I sat Down at the tables and waited. 45 minutes later I’m wondering why is it taking so long. I go up and ask one of the first two Employees to check on my order and the employee goes “ oh yeah. “ and gives it to me. Then I asked if someone called my name. She said maybe. I just took my food and walked away. They definitely didn’t call my name. They wasted my time by making me an extra 12 to 15mins. This is not the first time I experience bad customer service here. It always seems to be the night shift.

  This dominos use to be pretty good. The drivers are friendly and quick but the product has been on the decline this last year. They forget things like marinara each time I order delivery. Or they add toppings I didn’t ask for like chicken on a plain pepperoni pizza. My two cheesy breads the time before last were completely raw dough on the bottom. Not to mention how not to standard most of the pies are. Huge Bubbles and uneven crust as if they don’t proof the dough correctly they cut it so unevenly. Tonight the pepperoni cheesy bread had almost no pepperoni. I’m talking like maybe 4 pieces of pepperoni. The worst part is the fact that they don’t seem to care when it’s brought to their attention. The one time I was so over it I called they put me on hold for so long before saying they would put a credit for later. When I went to use the credit they tried to not honor it. It was an all around bad experience. I’ve made the decision that I will no longer give them my business.

  Getting food late at night here tastes better. The staff is friendly. Absolutely the best Domino's I get at any time, especially from this place.
