  We rented 2 bays for my best friends bachelor party. Shortly into our bay time one of the bays went out of commission. The manager Phil quickly and thoroughly took care of us and got us a new bay and took care of us. I wanted to take the time to make a review to let executives know that Phil handled the situation amazingly and we just wanted to praise his professionalism and how he handled the situation. 10/10 great manager

  Traveled hours for our first time of top golf… for my buddies birthday.. started off great honestly not going to lie.. payed for 2 and a half hours and about an hour into it ANTHONY killed the whole vibe… between 3 of us we got 2 drinks and 1 shot and ANTHONY said we were cut off “because signs of intoxication… bro I seen people ordering trays of drinks, buckets of beer, and handfuls of shots… BUT ANTHONY WANTED TO CUT US OFF!? Crazy.. If you ever visit top golf I highly recommend asking for anyone but ANTHONY…

  There is a certain expectation that accompanies leisure—an unspoken promise that time, once purchased, will be allowed to unfold naturally. At Topgolf, that promise feels quietly broken. The experience leans more on gimmick than substance—fun at first, but lacking depth. More notably, the strict time slots create a subtle pressure, and once your reservation ends, you’re gently ushered out. It’s polished and efficient, but it feels more like a system than an experience—and not one that invites a return.

  Went to top golf for our first time 3/28/26 it was three of us & we drove almost 4 hours for this experience! We ordered a drink for each of us, two appetizers & three meals. We started our game of golf drank our drinks & ate, got each of us a shot took that & about a half hour later asked to order another drink for each of us and told we were “cut off” that one drink and shot a piece for us was “enough” and we should be there to “drink” when it’s a place to golf. While other tables around us were getting shots and drinks before they even finished what they had! We paid for three hours! Our waiter Anthony was VERY rude as well as the managers we interacted with. None of us were “drunk” or acting fools. They totally killed the vibe & kept making comments and being rude. We ended up leaving before our time was even up.

  Worked for weeks to arrange 4 bays together for a larger group of 24. Was told to call day of our event and to arrive 30 minutes prior to arrange bays next to one another only to be told that my group of 24 would be split into 2 different areas. We spoke with a group in the bays next door to One of our 2-bays who were willing to move into our other area of 2-bays so that we could have 4- bays together, but the manager was unwilling to make the switch for us even though it was simple 2 bay for 2 bay switch and no one was in mid-game. Found out that on top of the $30 per hitter, a $6 per person “membership” fee needed to be added for new players. Not sure why they’re charging membership fees for one-time visitors. After speaking with a manager, they did agree to waive the unexpected fee. Was closing out the bill, we were questioned by the floor manager for not tipping on the “game play.” Our group tipped well on the food and drinks, but was not informed of the expectation to tip on game play even though we didn’t need any service or assistance while hitting golf balls. Was unaware of this expectation; felt like we were being asked to tip on renting a bowling lane; made no sense. This makes it very difficult to plan a visit and budget for larger groups. First time visitors, and not planning on returning.
