  This location is by far the worst I’ve ever come across. They keep canceling my online orders even when they are a participating location. This has happened on 3-4 different occasions over a span of 6-8 months. Never trying to order here ever again. This is the only location I have ever had issues with.

  The app will say “participating location” for coupons but they will cancel your order if it’s BOGO or free. They literally could just opt out and save people the headache of cancelled orders.

  Looks like im not the only one who experienced having an order cancelled when using a coupon. Which if the store doesn't participate then take yourself off as a participating location in the app there are plenty of other locations that let you know they arent participating. I didnt realize it was cancelled until I got there as I was able to use the same coupon just two days before.

  I love this location this subway is my go to list owner and employees are very friendly but sometime it’s people who are not nice i was enjoying my lunch break and there is a one lady who was complaining about soup I was there I purchased soup also my was so delicious and fresh and she bring her soup back and saying it was water and employee showed her we never put water and then that lady was like I warm up and add some water so I do not understand if you want free food just ask I know this subway people they will happily give you free food but leting people down it’s not good I work in Jewel-Osco I forget my Walt at home and they trust me and offer me a my as usual meal so please people don’t do this this subway employees and owner are nothing but nice.. You guys are amezing and kind you guys are doing really good job you all need appreciation the way you make sandwiches the way your store looks so nice and clean thank you guys ❤️

  Me, along with two of my friends, went in. Owner looked judgy but we didn’t think anything of it. Asked for two more forks so we can split the footlong cookie we got and he look at us weird then proceeded to say we need to pay 50 cents per fork. We are teenagers but the whole interaction was highly respectful up until that point. I feel as if teenagers shouldnt get treated differently or have a poorer service just because a percentile of our demographic may act a different way. I would hope they don’t speak to other teenagers like this. Cookie was nice, though.
