    Came at 8pm... guy said they are closed even though the sign said 10pm and google says 10pm. Nothing was put away and I asked if he could just make a quick sale because it clearly wasn't closing time... he said that they close at 8pm. I said that's not what the sign says... he shrugged and said that is just when they close now. I told him that they should switch up their signs to signify their hours if they're not going to be open to what google and their signs say.. clearly he didn't want to do his job.

    I placed an online order and arrived at 8:20 PM, but the Subway location was already closed even though the sign says they close at 10 PM. That was weird. When I finally got my food, the sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. I specifically asked for it toasted, but it wasn’t. The overall experience was really disappointing. Bad service and a poorly made sandwich. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. Would not recommend.

    lady was very rude don’t come here. they don’t value online order deals. they turn off their online orders so you can’t use their coupons never going there again worst subway experience ever.

    Placed an order through the app for 4 protein pockets. you know, The ones they have available in the app, and a huge sign in front of the store and tv commercials promoting? Get to the store and the worker tells me “you need to cancel the order we don’t have protein pockets here”. I Said i can’t cancel I checked out as a guest and the transaction is finalized. Showed him the app. He said i will have to call the number on the receipt for the 4 chicken wraps that they don’t sell, for a refund. No food, no refund, no offer to make anything else in exchange for the non existent, highly promoted protein pocket. Complete joke. Attaching a picture of the elusive protein pocket promotional material in front of their store.
