  Was not at all what I expected. The place was filthy, our order was incorrect. We had to ask for multiple items that they missed. They were out of containers for some of the food. Employees were in the hall by the bathroom on their phones. Seemed like only one employee was actually working and she was overwhelned. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

  Very Friendly staff. Nate, Zee and everyone else offered nice service. The manager Nate went above and beyond to make sure my visit was a great experience. Thank you

  The cashier took about 5 minutes to take our order - even though she saw us standing there waiting. Then the food came out separately instead of together. We could see the cook making one sandwich at a time. And when the 2nd meal was ready, it stood in the window for another 4 minutes before she brought it over - without gloves after mopping!!! Then had to ask for napkins because none were provided. It seemed like we were an inconvinience.

  Ordered one shake and fries. It was busy. Maybe they were understaffed? Waited 30 minutes and still did not receive order. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were busy? Finally went to check on order....Was with my 3 younger kids who were getting restless towards the end for waiting so long. Our order wasn't even on the screen when I went up to the register. Did they give our order to someone else? Did they clear it or think they completed it? Who knows. They said they would give us a free order of fries for waiting. At this point it had already been over a 40 minute wait for a shake and fries. No one checked on us. Didn't even offer to refund us. Never going there again.

  My recent visit to Smashburger left me with surprisingly mixed feelings. The foundation of a great meal was certainly there, and I want to start by praising the highlights. The bread they use for their burgers is absolutely phenomenal and truly elevates the entire sandwich. Additionally, the toppings were fresh, portioned perfectly, and assembled with care. If the review ended there, it would be a glowing recommendation. Unfortunately, the execution of the main attraction fell incredibly short. I ordered a double burger and waited fifteen minutes despite being the only customer in the store. During this time, I noticed the cooking side of the grill was extremely dirty. I watched the cook place fresh beef on the grill and assumed those were for my order, but it turned out he was just cleaning the dirty surface instead of preparing my meal. Mysteriously, my patties seemed to appear out of nowhere. Because I sat there the entire time and never witnessed him cook my food fresh, I have to believe these patties were leftover from a previous order. To make matters worse, the top patty was cooked well on the outside but remained completely raw in the center. Serving old, undercooked beef after a long wait is a major oversight that completely derailed the dining experience. The side items were equally disappointing and genuinely confusing. I decided to try a cup of chili with cheese, but I was surprised to find the cup only seventy percent full. The portion size was just the beginning of the problem, as the chili itself lacked the flavor of real beef. It tasted remarkably similar to a cheap can of chili you might stumble upon at a discount store. To complicate things further, the tater tots were inexplicably tiny. I am not sure if there is a current potato shortage, but these resembled miniature children's tots rather than a hearty side dish. Ultimately, the entire meal felt remarkably similar to a trip to Steak and Shake, just with significantly better butter bread. While the phenomenal buns and great toppings show promise, the long wait, dirty grill, mysterious meat preparation, and poor quality sides make it difficult to justify a return visit. I hope management can improve their cleanliness and quality control in the future.
