SCHAUMBURG: We're a family-owned and operated local sandwich shop in Schaumburg, IL. I wanted to open up this second Rosie's Sidekick Sandwich Shop location because I want to reach more of the Chicagoland area and feed good food to people. Our bread is homemade with no GMOs. We have homemade eggplant parmesan, homemade meatballs, homemade Italian beef! Even the cannoli are homemade. Check out the Undici gelato as well - it's SOOOO good!
