  The guy in the drive thru harassed me for 5 minutes about adding on sauces I didn’t ask for then smirked after I said no to the add-ons and pretended not to hear me while taking my order.

  I enjoyed thos place forcthe most part. Lots of seating space to accommodate the busy crowds that keep the place hoping. Burger was above average with good fries. I also tried the polish sausage. It could have been warmer as it was certainly not hot/fresh. Pricing is high for most items.

  I have to say this! I am going there, maybe 2-3 times a week. The food is great the people that work behind the counter are great and hard workers, because that place is full all the time! But there is a problem…the guy that clean the space is more interested to move people around (according with his needs) than clean the tables where people are eating. Last night a was there, all the people were eating in the middle of dinning are, Packed like a french fries in the little box. Of course, the upper sides of the dining room were closed. That guy closed everything and barricade the area. If it’s happen to go on that area before it’s barricade, you have your own nightmare with this guy Come around you, spray around you, mop the floor around you, until you feel so uncomfortable and go out out of there! And this is happening around 9:00 am. even the restaurant closed at 11:00am This guy runs the place! I think someone has to verify that everything I said is true and so Uncomfortable when you go there with your family to have a nice dinner! Thank you!

  I love Portillos, we always stop here for Chicago dogs when we are going to/from O'Hare for flights. Always quick service and the food never disappoints.

  Edited to update: The second charge holding on my CC was dropped within 48 hrs. History of shorting items and now over charged - This location specifically is consistently shorting me items on drive-thru orders. I visited yesterday and went inside to place my order to try and avoid that this visit. This time however, I was charged 2x by the payment kiosk for the same order. (Just saw this morning, currently waiting for them to open for the day to call them) Service - Additionally, the 1 person doing expo on the Barnelli's side needed some kind of help, she could not keep the orders right, making mine for dine-in rather than take-out. I reminded her nicely that this was a to-go order and needed to be packed, she proceeded to take the tray, turn around then proceeded to expo out 2 other orders....she then picked up (my) tray and turned around and called the number out again as I was standing there watching/waiting for it to be packed to-go. All the meanwhile, there was at least 12 -16 pp working in the Portillo's pit side, with half of them standing around talking or looking massively confused. I have patience for young trainees, but not the incompetent supervisors failing to teach, train and shadow them. Quality - The Barnelli's Pasta Alfredo looked like noodles lightly soaked in soapy dish water, tasted only slightly better than I image that dishwater would taste.
