  I have tried to order delivery twice from here. Both times the website said they were open both times I waited and waited (at least 30 minutes) and then they canceled my order saying they were closed.

  I just wanted to thank the team who made my burger and fries. I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often, so it was such a pleasant surprise to get everything fresh and really hot. I truly appreciate your hard work!

  The foods at most McDonald's are the same to me, service is usually the only difference. The manager at this location always seems like he is a bad mood. I ordered in my mobile app and they didn't receive my order. I showed him my order in the app and he still gave me the third degree. Another time everyone was busy so I reached over the counter to get some ketchup packs that they never give you. He raised his voice at me like I was a child. There is one on Higgins that's a little farther from my house. I rather take the longer drive than dealing with the attitude.

  we waited for SIXTEEN MINUTES in the drive thru just for them to not even put all of the items from the order. what are your staff even doing?? seriously, get it together.

  Took 15 minutes for them to provide food to the 5 cars in front of me at the drive through. Then I sat at the ordering window until the car in front of me paid, was given their food. Then they came back to the speaker to take my order. No idea what was taking them so long. So many people drove around us who decided not to get food because we didnt move in 10 minutes. At the drive through.
