  I have never had a good delivery experience here, it either takes an hour or comes with missing or wrong items, or both. I have had it come without drinks, without chips. Last time I called about some items and recieved a store credit, then they called me back 15 minutes later to let me know the missing chips had been substituted when I selected pickles for the order. So for 15 bucks you can get either chips or a pickle with the sandwich, not both though. They also have time to recheck my order and call back twice within 15 minutes to let me know my overpriced food now has substitutions for pickles over chips, but cant get the order down the street in under an hour. Im not sure if they left the 15 dollar credit, but at this point, keep it.

  Major shout out to Riley and Lanie you two are truly setting the bar for excellence with regards to sandwich making as well as customer service I ordered a gargantuan combo everything tasted super fresh bread was like it was just baked. The whole shop has that fresh bread smell so yummy. The shop was very neat and clean fountain drink area clean was very orderly and well organized bathrooms are spotless clean as well and smelled good as well and we’re stocked with all the proper soaps and toiletries and paper towels.

  I came to this location right at close and rather storm the door I called the store and Tommy answered the phone. Mind you this is my fault at close asking if they could make me a sandwich. Tommy was not only extremely polite as he stated they were closed but then stated if I’m hungry to please enter. I placed an order for a Beach Club and chips, hung up and went in to pay then was greeted by Rich and as a DM, I must say both of these employees made me delete my old review of this location from 3 years ago so I could properly leave this as a thank you! AMAZING SERVICE & FREAKY FAST!

  I'm sorry Jimmy johns. Maybe it's me, but your food might be the worst I've ever had. I've tried and tried again and every time I eat it I'm wondering why I wasted my hard earned money on this half asked sandwich.
