  Made an order online and arrived when the app said it was ready (25 minutes later) and they did not have it ready and blamed it on the bread still needing 5 minutes. Not sure why it should take over 30 minutes.

  Order my food and I can never get it on time.Always lake, tell me ten fifteen minutes and it takes over an hour

  Bread was hard and dry. I placed the order at 10am so you would think that's when it is freshest. NOPE! Asked for extra mayo packets and none. Disappointed.

  I am so disappointed in my experience here and I can’t believe in the service I received. I ordered a #6 with oil and vinegar. Got home and realized half the ingredients were missing from the sandwich. I went back and explained the sandwich I ordered was not what I received. I waited a long time for the correct sandwich to find that the oil and vinegar I originally asked for was left off the second sandwich. I went inside to ask that it just be added to the sandwich and instead of doing that, the lady went and got a small cup and gave me a weird jelly like substance in a little cup with a lid and said it was oil and vinegar.. which I don’t think I believe. I will not be returning to this location. To get an order wrong is one thing, everyone makes mistakes.. but to get it wrong twice and then not address that with any level customer service is just not acceptable.
