  Food was good, but the service was terrible. The lady who served us only took our order and drinks and never checked on us, didn’t refill our drinks and she also forgot to place an order of fries. After 40 minutes of trying to find her she only came with the check. You can tell her other tables were frustrated as everyone just started looking for her. On top of that she stopped us at the exit because she forgot to charge an item. Find better servers.

  The only Reason why you got a 5 stars.Jose was such a great server, he was definitely very attentive We got a starter that included Cheese Triangles, but got no marinara sauce. the starter so included Buschetta.Requested balsamic and ranch from another server that served us...never got it... After our Starter and Pizza horse where served?We were still missing and order.Of spaghetti... When asked about it, Jose went to go check. And apparently they lost the ticket. So it was never made came out super late And no compensation was made

  Ordered takeout pizza. It was delicious. I want to shout-out Colleen, who is the singular reason I am writing this review. We had a vegan in our group, so I called in to see if there was anything I could order for that person. Colleen went above and beyond to make sure that a salad was both vegan and substantial enough for my friend’s dinner. She was amazing. Someone give her a raise. Three cheers for Colleen!! 🤩

  This place in Schaumburg had a pleasant interior, and there weren't many visitors, even though it was Sunday afternoon. Everything was delicious. The service is excellent, our whole family loves Giordanos pizza. Many thanks to the management of this institution and the staff!

  First off let me say, I was reluctant to even go to this place. I've had pizza in practically every state in the USA except for like two. Upon our arrival in town... It was suggested by our Uber driver to go here, when time permitted a couple of days later we went. I gotta say, the deep dish pizza was by a longshot one of the best I've ever had. We we're waited on by Genesis, (a very friendly young lady) she wasn't pushy or over the top like some waitstaff can be. She was a "vibe!" The pizza was great and the wings were bangananging (very delectable) too. But wow... the way the chese spread apart from your slice when you took a slice from the whole pie was icing on the cake or in this case the cheese on the pizza was like hearing beautiful opera music when doing so. We went back the next day before We departed the area. Awesome experience for some outta towners. Go there!! And experience that deep dish pizza musical for yourself!!
