  I’m a regular customer who visits Tropical Smoothie Café during my lunch break Monday–Friday, and I usually order through the app to save time. Lately, I’ve been really disappointed with the consistency and quality of my smoothies. My sister and I order the exact same smoothie, the only difference is that I ask for mine without banana—and as you can see in the photo below, the texture of mine is completely off compared to hers. Instead of a smooth blend, I keep receiving something closer to a chunky slushie filled with ice and chocolate. It’s so thick you can’t even sip it, and that’s not what I’m paying for. On top of that, the smoothies are often not filled to the top, which is frustrating. For almost $11, both the taste and the portion should be right. If I wanted a smaller size, I would’ve ordered one. The customer service also needs improvement. Staff members often stay in the back instead of greeting customers or addressing mistakes. As someone who comes in daily, it’s disappointing to feel ignored rather than appreciated. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy this café, but the quality and service need attention.

  Thank you for making the best smoothie and meal for me after getting out of the ER, Sarah and Bridget were working and were nothing but good vibes. They even wrote "feel better!" on my smoothie and I was in tears driving home because I needed that! Please give your employees the same positive vibes they gave me, they deserve it!
