Visited this location this evening and had a great experience. The service was amazing, and the gentleman working there was extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. It’s rare to get service like that, and it truly made my night. Will definitely be back.

I’m never returning to this subway ever again. I’m still not sure I even want to order from a subway period.
After accidentally placing my pickup order to this location instead of a closer one, I called this location to cancel my order (legit less than 1-2 mins after placing it).
The manager who was there and the first employee who I talked to, both had hung up on me after I got upset. Why was I even more upset you ask?
Well they kept telling me to get my refund online, but when I talked to the subway employee at the location I was meaning to pick up my order at, he told me the only way to get refunds was to call the location you placed the order at to cancel.
Why are your employees lying about how to get a refund???
Needless to say that’s theft and I submitted a customer service survey online and tried contacting their awful customer service with no answer.
Subways are independently owned I think or however that works where one location isn’t connected with the others, maybe franchise? Well either way, avoid placing orders at the LEAST on their app….
Because they basically just refused a refund and took my money even though I called them right away. Also the manager who kept hanging up on me and left the phone sit on the table so you could ignore me, I hope you don’t have a job after this. The most unbelievably rude employees I’ve EVER encountered.

Does not give extra of anything, if you ask for extra they'll put 1-2 more and say they can't put more without an extra charge. Puts very little of the vegetables, sandwiches not good.
