  Very subpar pizza. Save up your money and be directed to Lou Malnatis on the corner of Roselle and Schaumburg roads. Buy a well done deep dish pizza with a buttercrust and your choice of toppings. You will thank me for this recommendation. ENJOY!!

  I came in to pick up my pizza and was very disappointed with the customer service. the young lady employee was visibly angry, using profanity, throwing things around, and showing complete disrespect toward customers and coworkers. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this behavior is not acceptable in a customer-facing business. Management should be aware of what is happening on their floor, as it reflects poorly on the restaurant and the brand. I hope this is addressed so future customers don’t have the same experience. And judging by other reviews، I’m not the only one who’s has this experience with this young lady. Look into this serious matter and fix the situation. This is unacceptable.

  Get rid of that young girl and young guy working with her on Dec 29, 2025 at 7 pm. I walked in with bright red color delivery bag and stood there for 20 mins. How can you not see me. They just ignored me. My order had been ready placed on the rack. Because I saw it when I walked in. These two were too lazy to communicate with me. The girl in the kitchen was tossing things around on the floor. She was angry because she must hate this job. I ran out of patience and asked the guy about my order. He then handed me those 2 pizzas which I saw on the rack when I walked in. Waste of time people. Zero communication and unprofessional. I stopped eating from this location and I'm not delivering from here anymore.

  12/25/25 Walked in to place an order and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me at all. Instead, she went and got a Hispanic kitchen worker to help me, clearly assuming I didn’t speak English based on how I look. After the worker greeted me in Spanish, the cashier walked away laughing. I do speak English, but that shouldn’t matter — no customer should be treated this way. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. 0/10 stars. Get better workers.
