- RLR L3 days ago2.0Food is always good but choices are slim for breads - usually they’re sold out of many bagels very early in day . Kinda sad since you are a bakery. And, I gotta admit that the cashiers are very impatient , not friendly at all when taking my order. They have to be there and it’s not the easiest job - but they need to at least make an effort as the first employee you see and talk to there. Also, tables were dirty . I went over to a supposedly emptied, clean one but I had to clean the table and the seat before bringing my food to eat there. Then had to rewash my hands . In a nutshell - get staff that want to help take customer orders versus Have to - And keep tabs on your customers who leave after eating, to wipe surfaces clean for the future patrons. Or make your stores open for pick up only.

The crust was burned on both halves and the filling was like 1/2" thick and not good quality. Hardly anything in between the bread. Not worth the money, not by a long shot. Will not be back to Panera.

Service: Didn't bus table for us as we sat there for quite awhile after finishing. They at least used to do this much in the way if service. Atmosphere: Nice for a Panera Bread comparatively speaking. Pricing: This entire company needs to review it's pricing. They have priced themselves out of the market and are no longer competitive at the price point vs product/service they offer. Loss of value.
