  I was in today to get some of their great deep dish pizza. Ordered a couple of starters. One being a order of Chicken Nuggets with ranch sauce for $13.75. Frankly the amount of chicken pieces was scarce. We finished up and and I paid my bill with cash. I get home and glance at the receipt (my own fault for not reviewing it before leaving the restaurant) and discover they charged me $1.75 for the 2 oz cup of Ranch sauce after the $13.75 charge for the nuggets which includes sauce in the description. Honestly, what the hell is that all about??

  Really decent pizza place with different crust styles to choose from. The Chicago-style stuffed pizza was good, but took a long time to come out. We were warned it would take 40-45 minutes, but took nearly an hour. I don't mark them down for that, but the waitress only filled our drinks once during the meal, so that was disappointing. Overall, I'd like to try different t things on the menu next time.

  Outstanding catering experience — highly recommend! ============================== We recently used Giordanos for catering at an important birthday party, and from start to finish the experience was absolutely fantastic. The food was incredible the pizzas were perfectly cooked with the pasta dishes were rich and flavourful, and the salads were vibrant and beautifully presented. Everything arrived fresh and ready to impress, and our guests could not stop talking about how good the spread was. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional service we received from Colleen when planning the event. Colleen went above and beyond to help us navigate the menu for guests with food allergies. She took every concern seriously, walked us through the options in detail, and worked with us to put together a completely allergy-friendly menu that meant nobody felt left out or had to compromise on their meal. That level of care and attentiveness is rare, and it made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free rather than overwhelming. For a milestone birthday party, you want everything to go perfectly and thanks to Colleen and her team, the food absolutely did. Whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a large celebration, I would not hesitate to recommend them for catering. The combination of delicious food and genuinely warm, knowledgeable staff makes them a standout choice. We will absolutely be back! - RT

  We had 2 pizzas and an appetizer platter delivered. Will never do that again- I was told after being asked for the tip that they are 3rd party drivers (uber eats etc). So our food was done for a while and took 30 minutes to get to us after order was done - they had multiple deliveries - and was of course brought to us cold so the food sucked. Bruschetta - gave a huge bowl of the goods and 4 of tiniest hardest pieces of bread for it. Mozzarella triangles - hard from sitting so long. Cheesy Garlic bread was not good. Glad we asked for extra sauce on one of our pizzas because the other was dry. Over all , extremely disappointed with our expensive meal. The woman who took our order was great and everything did come as expected. Maybe pickup or dine in would have a better experience.

  We’re from out of town and decided to try this place for Valentine’s Day (2/14/2026). Unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I’ll start with the positive: the atmosphere was really cool. And for being Valentine’s Day, it wasn’t overly packed, which we thought was a nice surprise at first. We quickly realized there was probably a reason for that. Our first clue that service was going to be an issue came from a guy at the table next to us who kept voicing his frustration about how long he had been waiting just to get his check. Not a great sign. It took about 20 minutes for our server to even take our drink order. We decided to go ahead and order our food at the same time, hoping that might speed things up. About 15 minutes later, the wings came out. They were fine, but after we finished them, we waited… and waited… and waited for our deep dish pizza. After roughly 45 minutes of no pizza and no updates, we finally gave up and asked for the check. We actually had to walk over to the server to get it, and even then it took another 10–15 minutes to get our card back. When we left, the guy at the next table was still waiting for his check. As visitors, it’s always disappointing to spend one of your nights out in a new town somewhere that doesn’t value your time. The place has a cool vibe and had potential for a nice Valentine’s dinner, but the extremely slow and inattentive service made it not worth it. Hopefully they can improve their staffing and service flow, because right now, it’s hard to recommend.
