  Very Bad Experience Today. As Our Usual Waiter wasn't there today.A Short Lady brought us our.pizza set it in front of us and said ENJOY WHICH WOULD OF BEEN FINE BUT THE CRUST AND PUZZA ALSO THE BOTTOM WAS BURNT CHEESE BURNT AS WELL. ONLY GOING THERE WHEN PUR WAITER IS THERE BC HES FAST KIND AND VERY NICE. HE DESERVES A RAISE. BUT THE SHORT LADY SHOULDNT OF EVEN SERVED THAT PIZZA TO US WTH

  First time in Chicago and I had to try their deep dish pizza. I got margherita medium size, omg, medium is big on this type of pizzas. It was so delicious, from the amount of cheese, to the flavor, to the crispy borders. I also ordered cheesy garlic bread, something in the sauce on the bread wasn’t clicking for me, the cheese flavor was so strong I couldn’t finish them, but they were looking delicious. The marinara sauce they gave me to dip them, was definitely the best thing on that plate. To finish it we got sum garlic Parmesan fries, let me tell you something, PERFECT fries, crispy and full of flavor, I really enjoyed those!

  Large Online order placed in morning for 630pm delivery. At 620 pm delivery driver said they were on-site awaiting product. Product not given to driver until 7:46pm and I received the order a little after 8pm. The poor delivery driver was tied up for almost 2 hours so I added to her tip. Being New Year's Eve I anticipated some delay but this was a terrible performance by the giordanos kitchen in schaumburg..

  Placed an order at 4:20pm for delivery at 6:20pm. Called at 6:45 when pizzas had not yet been delivered. Somehow the order “got cancelled” in their system. Wonder why customers get frustrated?! You try to do everything to make it as easy as possible for the restaurant. You would expect a certain level of competence from the restaurant. Don’t order for delivery from Giordano’s in Schaumburg, IL and trust that it will actually be delivered. Oh, when the pizza does get delivered, you take a bite and find a receipt is stuck to the bottom of the crust. Avoid the Giordano’s in Schaumburg, IL at all costs?

  Our server was a great host and very outgoing and helpful! always refilling pops and checking up on us! Atmosphere was quiet at 4p-6p time frame and humble! Decor was festive and well lighted. All staff was friendly and bright and cheerful! How ever food was either under cooked slightly or over cooked to point to you couldnt enjoy. Other things like Bread for mamma meat ball sub to raw and overly baked it was hard and un eatable! My moms lasagna was cooked on top layer mid cooked middle layer and scotched burned un eatable on bottom. I do believe my mom and i had temporary food sickness or poisoning. For a mass chain and usually awesome and never crappy ... this was new for us. I dont think we will be back anytime soon.
